First Entry

A little about myself. I am a 20 something woman who expanded her family. I have a loving husband and a beautiful daughter. I used to cook most of the time, but usually relied on 5-10 of my basic recipes, which got old fairly quickly. When I became pregnant, I developed Hyperemesis Gravidarum and couldn't do anything, much less cook. For the past 8 months after my daughter was born, I fell into the rut of throwing some freezer meal into the oven. That has to change. So I've created this blog to help keep myself accountable for creating family meals. Not only do I want to cook more, but I also am needing healthier dinners (that of course are delish too).

So there is my situation in a nutshell. I will put some of my most treasured (not the most healthy) recipes on here first and hopefully by this time next year I will have a ton of yummy, healthy, heck maybe even some gourmet recipes on here and will have a happy, healthy family!

And for any of those who have stumbled upon this blog, feel free to write down your favorite recipe.
